1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bdta1" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the bdta1 online gaming platform, accessible at bdta1.io, and its operating entity.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the bdta1 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the bdta1 website, mobile web interface, associated APIs, game lobby, sportsbook, payment gateway, account portal, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the bdta1 platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's bdta1 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by bdta1.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer and refers to the identity verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the bdta1 platform.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or game entry placed using funds from a Player's Wallet.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the bdta1 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them at all times during your use of the platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on the bdta1 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support interactions.

bdta1 reserves the right to refuse access to the platform to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms or who has previously violated these Terms in any material respect.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bdta1 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed, restricted, or suspended by bdta1 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of bdta1 or any of its game provider partners.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the bdta1 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bdta1 does not warrant that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

bdta1 enforces its 21+ age policy through the KYC verification process, which requires submission of a valid, government-issued identity document before withdrawals are processed. Suspected underage accounts will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bdta1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bdta1 reserves the right to close all such accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly in the event of any change. bdta1 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player. Providing false registration details, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bdta1 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bdta1's support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

4.4 Account Currency

All bdta1 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No other currency is accepted on the platform. All deposits, Wallet balances, Wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

5 KYC Verification

bdta1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and platform integrity standards. KYC verification is mandatory for all Players before any withdrawal request can be processed.

5.1 Required Documents

Players will be required to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC verification process:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• A valid Bangladeshi passport.
• A valid Bangladeshi driving licence with photograph.
• Proof of address (where required), such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.
• Proof of payment method, such as a screenshot of the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account associated with the Player's deposits.

5.2 Verification Timeframe

bdta1 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documentation. During this period, Wagers may continue to be placed, but withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. bdta1 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient to confirm identity.

5.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Player is unable or unwilling to complete the KYC verification process to the satisfaction of bdta1's compliance team, bdta1 reserves the right to restrict the account, suspend withdrawal functionality, or close the account entirely. In cases of suspected identity fraud, bdta1 may withhold account balances pending further investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdta1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following BDT-denominated payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay
• Selected Bangladeshi bank transfers (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on bdta1 is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and may be subject to change. bdta1 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts based on KYC status, account activity, or responsible gaming considerations.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 1 to 24 hours during standard operating hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified bdta1 account. bdta1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.4 Withdrawal Holds

bdta1 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for the following reasons: pending KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, active bonus wagering requirements, account security review, or where the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to the Player's depositing history. The Player will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal request.

6.5 Failed Transactions

bdta1 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that arise from technical issues with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner. If a deposit does not credit to your Wallet within 30 minutes, please contact bdta1 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.

7.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each Wager value towards the wagering requirement. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate, which will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagers placed on games not eligible for bonus play will not count towards wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bdta1 monitors account activity to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion using multiple accounts, hedging bets across markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdta1 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings, restrict future promotional eligibility, and suspend or close the account.

7.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be forfeited without compensation. The validity period for each promotion is stated clearly at the time of the offer and within the Player's account bonus dashboard.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the bdta1 platform — including those provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — use certified random number generators and are subject to independent fairness testing by the respective game studio. bdta1 does not alter, adjust, or influence game outcomes in any manner.

8.2 Finality of Results

All game results and settled bet outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform system. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game result, bdta1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Wager to the Player's Wallet. No claim for winnings arising from a malfunction will be honoured.

8.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bdta1 sportsbook, including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, are governed by the sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. bdta1 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or restrict betting on specific events in cases of suspected match manipulation, information irregularities, or system errors. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to latency conditions and bdta1's right to reject any in-play wager prior to confirmation.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for individual games and bet types are displayed within the game interface and sportsbook market view respectively. bdta1 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Player accounts based on account history, risk profiling, or responsible gaming considerations.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdta1 platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers or exploit games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks via your payment provider after depositing funds.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing any member of the bdta1 support team or other Players.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform outside your authorised account scope.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdta1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and should not be relied upon as a source of income.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdta1 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, sportsbook layouts, software, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdta1 or its licensed game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdta1 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the bdta1 platform without express prior written consent from bdta1.

Game titles, brand names, and studio names including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their presence on the bdta1 platform does not transfer any ownership rights to the Player.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdta1's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform, regardless of the form of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdta1 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss arising from internet connectivity failures, mobile network disruptions, or device malfunctions on the Player's side.
• Loss arising from third-party payment processing failures (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners).
• Loss of data or breach of account security resulting from the Player's failure to maintain confidential credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdta1's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

bdta1 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering on the bdta1 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdta1 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, where necessary to process payments via our payment partners, or where required to verify your identity through our KYC partners. All data transmissions on the bdta1 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bdta1 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance in your Wallet at the time of closure (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days of your request being processed.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by bdta1

bdta1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: these Terms have been materially breached; fraudulent or prohibited activity is suspected; the account fails KYC verification; the Player is identified as being under 21 years of age; or where continued operation of the account poses a responsible gaming concern. Where an account is suspended or closed by bdta1 due to confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any balance held within the account may be forfeited.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bdta1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bdta1 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect each revision.

Continued use of the bdta1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and intended to be read in English. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bdta1 platform, bdta1 encourages Players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

bdta1 operates as an online gaming platform accessible globally, including to players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is compliant with the laws of their jurisdiction. bdta1 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in any particular location.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. bdta1 does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any single national court system.
